Terms and Conditions for NoCode Web Building Platform

1. User Responsibilities: By using the NoCode platform, you agree to take full responsibility for the content, images, and information uploaded to your website. You must ensure that the content you share complies with local laws, and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. NoCode reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account found to be in violation of these terms.

2. License to Use Platform: NoCode provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its web-building tools to create and manage a website for your business. This license is provided for personal or business use only and may not be sublicensed or resold to third parties. You must adhere to the guidelines and limitations specified by NoCode in its usage policy.

3. Service Availability and Maintenance: While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, NoCode may occasionally perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect the platform’s availability. We will take all reasonable efforts to inform users of such disruptions in advance. However, NoCode cannot be held responsible for any downtime or technical issues beyond its control.

4. Payment and Subscription: Use of certain features on the NoCode platform may require a subscription or a one-time payment, depending on the plan selected. Payment must be made in full before accessing premium features. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases where NoCode fails to deliver the service. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with prior notice provided to existing users.

5. Liability Limitation: NoCode, its parent company TS 4AFRICA, and its affiliates will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data breaches, or website downtime. Users are encouraged to back up their website data and ensure compliance with their own legal obligations.
